Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, custom products(Bolah), or perishable goods. Please refer to the product description for specific exclusions.
2. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping fees and Transaction fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges:
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
• Contact our customer support team at general@dxtoys.com.my with your order details.
• We will provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
• Kindly take a video of the item during the unboxing.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and video of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards, downloadable products, and other non-returnable items are excluded from our return policy.
7. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
